I’ve begun exploring the idea of soothing comedy.

Nobody wants to be yelled at. First I shifted from doing straight ahead machine gun political comedy to long form story-telling. Now I’ve started bringing music to the mix and thinking a lot about sound and rhythm, tone and shift.

This recording that the Oak honest TEAM MADE OF MY RECENT PERFORMANCE at Stone Church in Brattleboro, VT just delights me. The performance is weird and clumsy and new and wonderful.

It looks really good and genuinely captures the moment. I hope you thoroughly enjoy it!
